◼️長らく教育業界にいましたので、子育てとか教育に関しては、かなり知識があると思います。小さいお子さんのいる方やシングルマザーの方は、是非普段の苦労とかぶちまけてスッキリして下さい。

男にもてる方法、女にもてる方法みたいな恋愛本はかなり読破しています(笑)。

■受験生の方へ
私は学生時代に塾の英語の先生を極めて、大学4年生の卒業時点で正社員の教室長の先生を生徒アンケートで追い抜くくらいでした。勉強法とかで悩んでいる人には、プロの視点でアドバイス出来ます。
あと浪人生の方、有名なタレントの林修先生みたいな人に教わりたいとか思うと思いますが、実は私、あの先生のいる有名予備校の元教務担当で講師の単価管理していたり(つまり予備校講師の年収がわかるポジション(笑))、何故か実際に同じように英語講師として教壇に立たされていたら、有名な冠講座を持つS先生よりこちらの授業の方がわかりやすいし、何より楽しいと浪人生の教え子達にお褒めの言葉を頂いたところからキャリアをスタートしました。

特に気をつけて欲しいのは、授業は講師に任せるとして、皆さんの勉強管理やモチベーション管理をチューターと名前をつけて学生バイトに丸投げしている塾や予備校です。皆さんは早稲田現役合格スゲー位かと思いますが、プロから見れば働いたこともない、世の中の仕組みを知らない、ただのアルバイトに自分の人生預けるの怖くないですか？
その人は優秀なのですが、じゃあ行列のできる相談所で有名な橋元徹弁護士(スポーツ万能でラグビーで花園に出ている)、大阪府知事かつ日本維新の会結党者、どんな相手も論破するスーパーマン(ひろゆきより上)が皆さんのメンターになってくれるなら、どうでしよう。極論から色々落とし所に持っていく方法も教えます！

私がやるなら、以下を提供します。
①勉強のスケジュールが本当に適切か
②その大学に入って、そしてその学部に
　入るとどんな企業に就職出来て、
　どんな未來が待っているのか。
　(ほとんどの方が思考停止している。
　特に公務員は危険ですよ)
③私みたいに英語が得意だから、
　英米語学課を選ぶみたいな選択すると
　後で実態わかると後悔するし、
　(リアルビジネスで役にたったのは、
　英語が話せること以外は、3％にも
　満たなかったです。
　高校の2年生以降でやる数学も
　(微分積分とか)大人になっても全く
　役に立たないと中3の時に気が付き、
　高１まで数学やれば、あとは選択
　で好きな科目を何でも取れる高校に
　行ったら(当時日本初の実験高校)、
　結果的に大学生活の何倍も充実した
　生活を送れました。
　肝胆な例で他を言うと、「古文漢文」。
　あれ大学で役に立った人います？

　今や世界でナンバーワンの人気大学は
　ハーバード大学ではなく、オンライン
　大学だと知らないような人が
　進路指導とか偉そうにやっています。

　ナンバーワンの、大学の授業は
　「日本マクドナルドの売上高アップ法」
　「ビッグモーターの再建方法」
　「ラベルのついていない水を
　プレゼンして、一番売れた人が勝ち」
みたいなディスカッションを、世界中から集まったスーパーエリートが毎日激論するのが授業なんです。東大生でも入れないので、偏差値75とか80のレベルで、かつ色んな肌の色、言葉、価値観、宗教の人です。日本の大学の教授は、そもそも絶対はいれないし、そんな議論を仕切るのはおろか、学生の成績もつけられないので、もう無理なんです。それに島国の単一国家に育ち、大学では社会人で働いたこともなく、200年前に書かれた海外の小説だけ詳しくて、その本を学生に売り、みんな、眠くなるだけの授業、学生は授業に出ず、サークルに明け暮れ、コンビニかファミレスでバイトしてるだけ。これと意識の高い学生(私に過去に相談してきたのは、いわゆる中堅校の下の誰も知らない下位校の方もいましたが、就活は上位校に連戦連勝です。)

あと面接対策しないで来る問題学生が後を絶ちません。そういう人は、「就活で勝てるエントリーシートシートの書き方」の本を丸パクりするだけ、面接対策は大学の就職部がやってくれたから何とかなるだろ、で思考停止してます。

あとネットで検索すると上位表示される就活予備校も金をむしりとるだけで、大した結果も出さないところが普通に営業してますので、注意しましょう。見学が説明会に行かないとわからない仕組みになっていて、危機感を煽り、35万円です。今日申込書書いたら、3万円割引ですみたいな業者は特に。学生ではい払えますと言えるのは、親が裕福な家のご子息のみです。

ちなみに私が副業でやっていたのは、他のところで面接対策をやったけど、プロの人事経験者にチェックして欲しいという意識強めの人だけ相手にしていました。慶応大学で野球に打ち込み、東京六大学野球にも出た人なのですが、簡単に最大手の総合商社から内定出ています。
あと他方出身者の女性が就活はUターンで地元の大手会社に入りたいとのことで私のレッスン受けましたが、見ための清潔感が素晴らしく、大学生活を1年から鋭角的に過ごし、成績良好、あと私が仕込んだどんな難しいor意地悪な質問にも余裕な笑顔で答えるとか出来るように、なっていて東京でも好きな企業を選べるレベルまで到達しました。

専門にやっている業者も2社しかなく、結構なお値段なので敬遠する気持ちもわかりますが、そのナンバー1企業の方は、まさに企業の人事部長から起業した方なんで、人事部長面接なんて外の就活予備校では絶対提供出来ないので、やっぱりお金をかけても(払えないなら親に交渉)そこをやるようなマインドの方は、まぁ意識高過ぎて落とされないのです。私はオンラインで他の半額でやったので、かなりのコンタクトで捌けなくなりました。ちなみに、120分9800円✕最低2回、3回やった人はほぼ負けなし。
これオツサンレンタルで見つけた人は、3万円払っていたのが、6,000円で出来ますね。お友達にも教えてあげて下さい(笑)。

■大学生、就活生の方
①大学生は、就活する3年秋から４年春までは、バイトとサークルと恋愛頑張ろうって人多いですよね。皆さん早稲田慶応の人は、頭が良いから内定取れると勘違いしてませんか？就活で勝ちたいなら、2年生と3年生で勝負しないと生涯賃金で1億円下回る人もいますよ。
②授業に出てない人
私が親の代わりに叱ってあげましょう！

ちなみに私は大学4年間出席率ほぼ100％、全ての授業を真ん中の最前列で聞いていました。日本の大学生は誰も座らないので、いつも空いてる(笑)。先生に終わったあと必ず質問にいく学生に【可】なんてつけません。成績上げたいなら、試験期間に勉強頑張るよりこちらの方が明かにコスパがいいのに、30年前に気が付いてました(笑)。
③就活生
人事は書類選考でどこを見るのか、知らないのに2時間かけて手書きしたエントリーシート、最悪入社2年の若手人事が、10秒位見てポイ捨てしています。ちゃんと読んでくれるだろうなんて幻想です。
東証プライム上場の人気企業、1年で何枚エントリーシート来るかご存知でしょうか。

■意思に反して風俗産業で働いている女性へ
世の中には、本当はやりたくないのに、やむなく風俗業界で働いて嫌な思いをしている人が結構な数います。
